For more than 10 years, Susie has consulted with Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in managing our strategic and annual planning processes. With her help, Gillette has developed strategic plans that are challenging, but realistic. We have been able to set and achieve our goals! Susie's strengths include a strong financial planning background that she can link to the strategic planning process. With her ability to develop good rapport with senior management, physicians and board members, her facilitation skills make otherwise long planning sessions interesting and thought-provoking. In addition, with extensive consulting expertise with healthcare systems nationwide, Susie brings knowledge of national healthcare trends that have been key in establishing future goals for Gillette.  

After the past 20 years Susie has been a most valued partner to the CHCA children’s hospital family. Her work with our various Boards of Directors, medical staffs, and senior teams has provided great benefits to the individual hospitals. The hospitals admire her ability to bring national insight to the discussions and help frame issues in a way that furthers their decision making. Susie and her team have worked with both our hospitals and CHCA in the development of strategy and analytical projects, combining their many strengths into highly valued publications and consulting projects. CHCA and our Owner Hospitals have found Susie to be an independent thinker with superb pediatric knowledge. She brings a wonderful set of high intellect and facilitation skills and has been able to translate that from the highest level of Board and medical staff discussions to department-level program and service analysis.
